[MC-87062] Swipe Attack

The swipe attack automatically triggers.

I thought it would only happen when I hold down shift and attacking a mob with a sword.

I hit a mob with a sword and it used the swipe attack even though I wasn't holding down shift.

1.Spawn or find a mob
2.Get a sword (I used diamond)
3.Hit the mob

You thought wrong, it triggers when player isn't moving too.
Please learn before creating an issue.

This is not true. I tested this in 16w04a and even while moving and not pressing shift, it still automatically swipe attacks.
