This is probably not from Java buddy. This is a little bit of a mistake. The only way to have a virus from Minecraft is if:
A) Mojang coded a virus to the Minecraft source code(Not plausible)
B) You downloaded a fake modification that is really a Trojan virus(Maybe)
C) This has absolutely has nothing to do with Java or Mojang/Minecraft and you downloaded a virus edition of Minecraft from an internet trickster.
