enchanted_books are not enchanted!, Spawners generated spawn no monsters but pigs.

1: I expected to find a normal enchanted book in a end dungeon and a silverfish spawner too.
it could also be that there are no more endereys in the portalframes like allways all empty.... .
-this could also effect other dungeons and structures like mineshafts.

2: what happened was that I found enchanted books with no enchantments on them, and a pig not silver_fish spawner!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. step one: got to a end dungeon (in the overworld)
2. step two: find the spawner or some chest if you look for the books.
3. step 3 -> fix it ^^
