Fishing Bug 15w34d

I was playing with my friend zemoxe on 15w34d survival server.
zemoxe was fishing when he got an enchanted book.
He was excited until he found out that the enchanted book is not enchanted on anything.
The item is attached as a screenshot from the game.
Please fix this bug.
