the problem with rolled items in the inventory

when I switch some items in the inventory by using keys with numbers appears the problem (eg, block of grass on slot No. 1 and a block of stone in a slot no. 2, I put the mouse cursor on the block of stone and press No.1 and a block of stone was replaced with a block of grass after, when I try to put a block of stone, instead of stones set block of grass, at least while I was in creative mode)
