[MC-87218] No command in command block at first click after a command is inputted

If you right click a command block after you have a command in it for about 1 second there is no command pure look graphic it does not interfere with redstone or anything. This is the repeating glitch:
Steps to reproduce:
Get a command block
enter any command
close gui and reopen it.

This is different then the other bug please don't mark it as resolved with out reading it through and through my bug is a interface glitch and the other is a redstone glitch two different problems
