[MC-87269] Enderman pick up and drop cactus with damage != 0, resulting in missing texture

While killing an enderman holding a cactus the cactus he dropped had the black and purple missing texture texture in the inventory.

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w44b or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
