[MC-87280] Chest closing sound duplicates

When closing a chest and opening your inventory, the sound duplicates.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn sound up.
2. Place a chest.
3. Open the chest.
4. Close the chest and immediately open your inventory.
5. Upon closing your inventory you should hear the chest close again.

EDIT: If you keep on opening and closing your inventory, it can play the sound up to 3 times.

I've noticed this in earlier versions. Exactly how far back, I do not remember, but it exists in the 15w34 snapshots. It also seems to function with sounds that play when you break a block, as well as when you place one. It likely works with most sounds.
