EntityId tag doesnt work with /setblock for spawners!

I used this command to get a custom spawner:
/setblock ~ ~1 ~ mob_spawner 0 replace {EntityId:"Skeleton"}
It works in 1.8.8 but in 15w35b gives a pig spawner.
I tried with other mob ids, but only places pig spawners...
