the same happends for some doors after relogging

There is just about no information as to what you are explaining. Any insight as to what caused what occurred to get what is in the screenshots would be nice.

It's happened to me, I put down stairs and doors, and I save and quit, i come back and find the stairs gone, and the doors unresponsive and half missing.
