[MC-87559] Gamerule missing indicator for affected gamerule

Getting a value of a gamerule

When you get the value of a gamerule by only typing

/gamerule [rule name]

You will only get this feedback:

[rule name] = [value]

However the word gamerule is not mentioned (unlike trying to get the value of an not existing gamerule).

Setting a gamerule

~~When you set a gamerule there is no indicator which gamerule you actually set nor to which value. The current feedback is just:~~

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft?
