Please provide additional information, so we can better help with your problem:

Was this a single player or multi-player/LAN game?
Was the issue corrected after logging out and back in?
Was the issue corrected after closing the program and restarting?
Have you been able to reproduce this?

By the screen, I would say works as intended as redstone powers pistons diagonally.

I just put a piston pushes a block of redstone which then activate another piston and the second piston remains locked even if the unit does not activate redstone more, I reproduce this bug several times and each once I got there
