[MC-87791] Commandblocks repeat sounds

When i play a sound(break block, place block, noteblock ecc...) and right after i open a command block it replay the sound

What I expected to happen was...:
i can't answer to this question!

What actually happened was...:
The commandblock played another time the sound

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a commandblock
2. play a sound with a noteblock or break/place a block
3. open the commandblock immediately

MC-35714 says that when you open your inventory GUI you replay the songs/sounds but it isn't true because the inventory GUI not stop the game as the command block.
Try this bug and try MC-35714...

That it was done using a command block doesn't matter. Its still the same thing.

MC-35714 is talking about GUI screens in general, also the Command block GUI screen.
