Falling Off End Island Doesn't work let you fall into the void.

What I expected to happen was...:
Well I fell off of the end island and I expected to die in the void.

What actually happened was...:
When I fell off of the island I didn't fall all the way down instead I started levitating kind of like I was on an invisible block.
