1.8 Minecraft Block Glitch

Hello Mojang, I've been having this same problem with Minecraft 1.8 when ever I join a server or singleplayer world the blocks start to glitch and make it so it's really frustrating to play this is what it looks like if you know how to fix this is would really help sincerely ~JustCookie
