New pickup block function bugged

>>BAD ENGLISH<< There is a new function with pick up block in survival. If some item is in ur inventory and u right click placed block same as item u have it will move from inventory into hotbar. if there is not enough space it wil be changed with block u curnetlly holding. when u try to place it, it will dissapear. And if u click the slot where the item was it will apear again. Sorry for bad english _ :/
