Blazes glitch while riding a minecart

Blazes put into a minecart will have a glitchy animation for their rods.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a new Creative world.
2. Place down rails of any kind (more than one).
3. Place a normal minecart on the tracks.
4. Spawn a Blaze near the minecart and push it in if need be.
5. Observe how the Blazes' rods will have a glitchy stuck-in-place animation.
