[MC-88418] Void F3 Crash

I am sure it isn't the void preset I was on, but when I was in the void and clicked F3 it just crashed!

I believe this occurs when going outside of building level when F3 is open.

Not building level, building level is still on the positive y-axis. Going below y=0 with F3 opened, or pressed F3, then the game will crash. This happens for any world you have.

It happens when going under zero or above two hundred fifty five. That would be building level.
