Crash Adding [squid] to track, already tracked

I'm working on a large platform at y=192 above the ocean with a large mob trap and a system with >150 villagers. I am surprised that squid are spawning far below but the crash reports are always about squid. The crash has occurred many times, once or twice a day, often when I'm AFK. I'll attach several crash reports FYI.
