[MC-88679] Seeds pop out of Farmland when placed by other seeds

In my base (it could happen anywhere) on a Single Player Creative World, i planted 2 seeds next to each other (first photo) and they pop back out (second photo). This is on a properly moist farmland

Intended. Crops need both water and light.

The bug here is, that crops shouldn't need to recieve a block update in order to behave "normal"

That's how the game works. Either via random blockticks, or via an update forced by placing something next to it.
