What I expected to happen was for the hopper to cease unloading when given a redstone signal. What really happened was the hopper continued to unload when powered.
To reproduce:
1. Power hopper
2. Load items in hopper
3. Attach storage device to hopper

Can only reproduce with a hopper beneath the powered hopper, which is duplicate of MC-6883.
