[MC-88861] Bonus chest breaks when spawning on grass, floating torches

I spawned in a new world in creative mode, when i turned to my right and saw the chest was broken and everything had spilled out! Two of the torches were gone while the other two had spawned for some reason. The chest had spawned on top of a piece of grass and all of it's content was just on the floor, have seen similar chest problems in end cities and dungeons. Tested in creative.

I had a similar issue, but I encountered it when I was in a snowy biome. It most likely tried to spawn snow pads floating, then the chest, then it updated the blocks. It also had 2 torches floating aswell.

There are two floating torches. All of the items in my hotbar were from the vanished chest. The chest didn't even drop itself.
