The animals respaw and Escaping out to fence
I expected to stay inside to fence
now when sleep, when get out to the game or chunk. when back, the animal is out to her fence not all animals but few is out.

This is not a duplicate with MC-2025, because this is significantly more severe than ever before.
Before (1.7 & 1.8) 1 or 2 could possibly escape on rare occassions, because landing onto the fence when the chunk loaded. But significantly more and constantly escape.
I think it started with 15w38a, because I haven't seen it at all like this before.

Not duplicate and not landing. the fence if you see in the photo is double to up.

Exactly, I added a second row of fence and it did not help one bit.
I don't know if they read comments on closed bug reports, we'll see tomorrow (I've addressed the issue on Mojangsupport at Twitter as well). Otherwise I guess a new report has to be filed.
