My MC Inventory is bugged

Whenever i play mine craft. my inventory is glitched. i cannot click anything in my inventory, it just doesn't let me. I cannot click anything in my inventory to pick it up. I am FORCED to click and drag. I cannot do anything in my inventory. With this bug i cannot SHIFT + Left Click using my inventory nor anything else. it is very annoying and it has effected me greatly. I have tried re opening MC in different versions but it doesn't let me use my inventory like any other. It is an annoying bug and it limit's my ability to play minecraft. Below is a video of me trying to click in MC but at the end, it only allows me to click and drag!
