Snowmen will now throw snowballs inside their heads and knock themselves around. Quite comical, but would be better if it were fixed ;D

Spawn hostile target (i.e. Creeper)
Snowman should now be shooting itself.

Confirmed but It doesn't happen every time. Possibly related to MC-88934 if the problem comes from the snowball.
