In Minecraft 15w38b I have found a bug where when in a crafting table or furnace and holding shift then pressing right click to quickly put items in your inventory, if you have no space in your inventor the item you shift clicked will disapear.
What should of happened was the item should of stayed in the crafting table or furnace when i shift clicked because my inventory was full
When I held down shift and right clicked in a furnace or crafting table my items disapeared
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure your inventory is full of space with no room
2.go to a furnace with items in it
3.Hold shift and right click to quickly put it into your inventory and it should disapear

I found that holding shift and right clicking when my inventory is NOT full but when the furnace has items in it causes the clicked item to vanish.
To reproduce:
Furnace has input, fuel and output slots.
Iron Ore in input, output and fuel empty.
Gold Ore in inventory, Shift + Right Click
Gold Ore disappears.
I can vouch for this as well. Same thing happened to me!
