The bug
When I open a command block, the output bar appears for 1 tick and then disappears for no apparent reason.
Also the mode buttons take the same time to be updated into their correct state.

Can confirm without resourcepack too, it only happens when there is no previous output and output is turned on
It happens with default resource pack as well as other resource packs, I just said that, why ask again?
Confirmed with the default resource pack. If the output is disabled, the output bar still displays briefly when the interface is opened.
Cannot reproduce in 16w43a.

Does this occur without the usage of resource packs?
