When me and another person play on LAN (I host the world), Sometimes my skin shows as the default, and sometimes (totally unrelated) the person who doesn't host the world can't see certain mobs and has to re log.

I'm not sure what you mean?
Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.
