Invisible Blocks

When Im in my city world in creative, sometimes when i place a block the block glitches and it is placed, but it doesn't show it but you can select it. Then a second or more secs later, the texture appears.

This can happen with the following blocks:
Fences
Quartz Blocks

Please fix this bug.
