The bug appears when a block Update
What I expected to happen was...:
Basically , the blocks fast update
What actually happened was...:
the blocks are not updated until the player breaks or put a block near the bug
Steps to Reproduce:
1.I activate a mechanism red stone , put water, or pick crops,
2. Then the blocks are not updated graphically , although the action if it occurs
3. And at end, I put or break a block and the update happend
