it WONT WORK! :(

It wont work my minecraft is crashing on me for the 3'rd time!
I am so sad all i did was down lode minecraft on my new computer for my BIRTHDAY! It crashed the next day. what do I do! my username is horselover58 do I have to make a new account? please help me! I am good with computer problums but, what HAPPEND! I really wanted to play with my friends today at school befor it starts. 😞 If you can help me please email me.
