now i can join my server but when someone join it kick me.

Probably duplicates MC-89643, are you sure it happened in 15w40b and not 15w40 a?

Yes, this is a different issue, in 15W40a this happen when you try to connect to the server, in 15W40b this happen when you are in the server and someone else join.
I can open the server so everybody can test it 😉

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w45a or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
