Very slow block update

If I place some blocks, they appears up to few seconds.

When I try to destroy some blocks, they can recreate pushing me away or taking my health off.

When I try to open/close the doors, they close/open after few seconds, but after opening, i can go through them. Another time one half of the doors opens/closes, another half not.
