Bow Drawback drawn incorrectly in 3rd person

Affects all versions after the one specified too. (Essentially since when you could fire bows from the off-hand)

In 3rd person, pulling back the bow looks like it should in the main hand, but in the off hand, the bow is not raised up to fire. It looks weird.
