[MC-90570] Pick blocking custom sign replaces item in hand

When pick-blocking a sign and holding Ctr, it gives you that sign with the text saved as an NBT tag. However, it replaces the item in your hand, regardless of how many free spaces are in your inventory. This does not happen with any other item/block (to my knowledge).

Invalid, modded client. Also, I think this has been fixed in the snapshots. Test it in 15w42a before reporting again, please.

Yes it is, those glass pane textures are not vanilla. If you do reproduce this in a vanilla client, please don't create another report - it was reported in MC-74234 before.
