[MC-90607] Elytra bug when hitting walls

Another Elytra bug, sometimes when hitting walls while flying the player will be glitched into the walls and soffucate

Is this still an issue in 15w45a? If so, please explain the issue in detail and provide steps to reproduce it. Please also update the list of affected versions.

It seems it does not work in 15w45a, so I think it has been resolved
