Creative dupe Glitch

When in Creative mode, if you drop items out of the inventory screen using Q or Q+Ctlr, then open a chest (or other inventory item), the items appear back in the inventory, even though they are still on the ground. The Items on the ground are still actually there (can be picked up and used).
