[MC-90699] Minecraft doesn't work.

Minecraft crashes and gives an error log after pressing 'play'. Changing Java versionds doesn't work. Reinstalling .NET framework doesn't work. Reinstalling minecraft doesn't work. Drivers are up to date. Using Minecraft.msi doesn't work. None of the minecraft versions work, tested all 1.7 and 1.8 versions.

It ain't a duplicate, this is a different error but similar. And i did the instructions on the other one as well, did not fix the problem.
