[MC-91008] When Changing hand in boats, the item being swapped is still visually in the other hand

While rowing with both paddles in the new boats, if you have an item in your hand or a tool and you swap hands, visually the item is still in the opposite hand when moving unitl you stop rowing and then the item changes hands.

Can still reproduce, updating description to make it clear that you need to be rowing.

Oh, I see, I got confused. You might want to change the second sentence to say "unitl you stop rowing" (stop holding down either of the rowing keys) rather than "until you stop moving".
