[MC-91084] Igloos can generate floating

The Bug:

Igloos can generate floating.

Here is an example:

Version: 1.20.1

Seed: 1181589361754893118
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 93517.71 108.00 -2896.26 317.96 -6.43

Steps to Reproduce:

Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
Look closely at how the igloo has generated.
Take note as to whether or not igloos can generate floating.

Observed Behavior:

Igloos can generate floating.

Expected Behavior:

Igloos would not be able to generate floating. Instead, they should fill the air below them with some kind of block or just not be able to spawn floating altogether.

You can load the old world, press F3 for coordinates and type /seed in the chat. If you make a screenshot of that, you're done.

I tried recreating with the seed it just makes another World because when i created the World i changed generation settings of every block but if you want the seed 48572 but if you land on a Forest then it does not work for you either

One of the Settings i changed was the Biome size

Ok i found out how to recreate my old World
1. Click on create new World type in the Seed after that goto Word Type and set it to custom click on that custom Button under World Type the Third Button on the Bottom and type in The Textbar above
