[MC-91129] Flickering screen on Minecraft 1.8.8 on Ubuntu

Steps to recreate:

1. Use Linux
2. Play Minecraft

Basically, when I launch the game, the game will sometimes flicker, sometimes so frequently it looks like it'll cause seizures. Is there anyway to fix this mess? :/

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.

Outdated graphics card drivers. Update to newest Mesa:

So basically I gotta wait for the 14.04.4 to be released, so I can get the newer Mesa drivers and Ubuntu 15.10 kernel, crap.
