/playsound random.levelup @a doesn't work anymore

I noticed that upon testing how the /playsound command would react with the subtitles, added in 15w43b. And for my surprise, it didn't react! Something that points to the subtitles being the cause of the bug is that, if you play a sound which doesn't have a subtitle attributed to it, such as a record, it will play normally. Try /playsound record.far @p to see what I'm talking about.
