Chunks unloading when getting close (for 15w43c and older)

When in creative, flying fast through the world will cause chunks to unload for more than 2 seconds. To reload them, you must press F3+A / F3+T (It's recomneded to do it)

Added a crash report (F3+c for 10 secs)

Edit:

I was searching in my crash report for my OpenGL version and i found this:

OpenGL: Intel(R) HD Graphics version 4.0.0 - Build 10.18.10.3345, Intel
