[MC-91273] Not Able to log in to launcher, only can play offline and game crashes when I load a world

when I get on to minecraft when I type in my user and pass It says invalid i had to transfer files just to get in to my account it then says play offline so i play single player and when i log in this error occurs

Caused by: java.io.IOException: Unable to establish loopback connection

Caused by: java.net.SocketException: Unrecognized Windows Sockets error: 10106: socket
