/playsound doesn't work at all.
/playsound random.pop @a ~ ~ ~ 100 1 1 normally plays the pop sound, but it doesn't now. It doesn't work with any sound.

WAI. Per MC-91102, a lot of sounds were changed to distinguish between sounds and subtitles. A new sounds.json has been attached there for your convenience.
