[MC-91463] The REAL infant Elytra flight glitcj

When you take damage wile flying you get shot up.

How to recreate:
on survival, catch yourself on fire and then fly with the elytra. its pretty fun to do but obviously unrealistic

Occours in minecraft snapshot 15w44a. when catching fire, you can get up over 500 blocks in height depending on how long the fire lasts. on a server it might even mistake it for flying and kick you
