you can get kicked for flying in singleplayer, if you stand on top of a shulker with no AI in gamemode 0 and/or gamemode 2.
How to reproduce: Summon a shulker with no AI. Go on top of it. Go in gamemode 2 or gamemode 0 and wait until you get kicked.
