"Realms Notifications" option in options menu

posibly intended as the realms button also exists on the main menu, regardless if available or not
(out of curiosity, what does the button ectually do?)

I asked Marc this on Twitter when introduced, it will display that you have been invited to realms on the main menu, but since realms is not compatible with the snapshots, it has no use currently.

I don't know about you guys, but for me it still appears in 15w64a in the menu (opening it directly instead of opening a world first)
