[MC-92351] Shield does not show up on player model, hotbar or inventory

When opened my harcore world (haven't done so since the last update) my shield was mising. When in third person, you can see the player model as it was holding the shield, but the shield doesnt' show up. When equiping it, the recharge bar shows up.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.
