Unable to summon Fireball

When I try to summon a fireball in the latest snapshot it states "Unable to summon object" in hex value c

Linked issues

This no longer works.
Use

/summon Fireball ~ ~ ~ {direction:[0.0d,0.0d,0.0d]}

instead
